What are the rules?
Only one space is empty. Tap a tile next to the blank to slide it in; arrange all numbers 1 to N in order with the blank at the bottom right to win. Even 3×3 takes some thought.
Can a shuffle be unsolvable?
No. Shuffling walks randomly backwards from the solved state — the computer scrambles it with legal moves only, so a solution always exists.
How hard are the three levels?
3×3 has 8 tiles for warming up, 4×4 is the classic 15-puzzle, and 5×5 with 24 tiles needs real strategy. Start with 4×4.
